By joining BY AB Privée, you agree to the following membership terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and seamless experience for all members.

Membership

BY AB Privée is a private rewards and loyalty programme offered by BY AB. Membership is complimentary and available to approved customers only. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at our discretion where misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or breaches of these terms are identified.

Membership benefits, rewards, tiers, and privileges are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

Points & Rewards

Points are earned on eligible purchases made through official BY AB sales channels only. Points may not apply to shipping costs, taxes, gift cards, or selected promotional items unless otherwise stated.

Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

Rewards, discount codes, and member perks cannot always be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, disputed, or found to breach our policies, any corresponding points or rewards may be removed from the member account.

Returns & Adjustments

Where an order is returned or refunded, points earned from that purchase will automatically be deducted from the membership balance.

If rewards or discounts were used on an order that is later refunded, the refunded amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Exclusive Access

Members may occasionally receive early access to launches, private collections, limited releases, or exclusive promotions. Access is not guaranteed and may vary between members, collections, and availability.

Certain products or launches may remain excluded from rewards programmes or promotional activity.

Accounts & Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and safeguarding access to their account.

BY AB is not responsible for lost rewards, unauthorised account access, technical interruptions, or delays outside of our control.

Programme Changes

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue BY AB Privée, including any rewards structure, benefits, tiers, or point values, at any time without liability.

Continued use of the programme following updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

General

Any misuse of the programme, including fraudulent activity, manipulation of points, abuse of referral systems, or behaviour deemed harmful to the brand or community, may result in immediate termination of membership and cancellation of accumulated rewards.
