At by ab, every order is carefully inspected and packaged to our exceptionally high standards.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 36 hours for processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected service, and order weight.
Tracking
Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our pricing.
Important Notes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal conditions
- Delays may occur during Ramadan, Eid, and other peak periods
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct - we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses
- If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or incorrect details, re-shipping costs will be your responsibility
Returns
We hope you love your piece. Each by ab design is created in limited runs, and in some cases finished by hand.
Because of this, not all items are eligible for return, this allows us to maintain the integrity of our collections and avoid unnecessary waste.
That said, we’re only human - if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
To be accepted for return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- returned with all original packaging
- free from any marks, scents, or alterations
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- sold out limited edition pieces
- hand-finished or embellished designs
- custom or made-to-order items
- clearance or discontinued pieces
These exclusions reflect the nature of our collections and the level of work involved in each piece.
Returns Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
The Process
To initiate a return, please email info@byab.store
with your order number.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank to complete the transaction.
